MotionReach is an e-rehabilitation device aimed at enhancing recovery of upper extremity function after stroke.
Individuals recovering from strokes that affect the upper extremities, and their clinicians,
need a means to measure movement quality with high precision. Clinicians need to augment
the dose of skilled movement training based on these measurements. Clinicians also need high
quality reports of improvements in movement quality to demonstrate treatment value to
payers (i.e., insurance, patients).
We designed MotionReach as a solution to meet these three current needs.
